Our cloud-based software platform allows the almost complete automation of all functions relating to managing vacation property rentals. It provides full and easy management of every property, it’s reservation calendar, the owner’s account, housekeeping & maintenance communications, third party commissions, property inventory and contractor/work order requests. All of this to ensure that your property receives the individual marketing and administration that it deserves.

Since we’re in the thick of things, we’re able to continually assess the current rental market values while yielding rates to remain competitive. We will determine the rate of rental, having regard to the seasonal uses of the property, the market for the rental of units similar to the property and the optimization of the Owner’s revenue.
Credit Card Processing: processing payments for rent and pre-authorization of renter’s credit cards for damage deposits.
We will report to owner on issues arising regarding the Property: notify the Owner of any major repairs, purchases, maintenance or accidents.
Monthly email Owner statements: income, expenses and disbursements. Direct deposit into any Canadian bank account.
For the guest, our website provides easy navigation of Rossland and Red Mountain’s most unique rental properties and enables guests to add the finishing touches to their holiday by booking additional activities and personal services. Our website features fast property searches, real-time rates and availability and a very straight forward procedure to make an instant online reservation safely and securely.
As a property owner or independent accommodator you can participate in our central reservations website knowing it’s a fair and equitable marketplace!
We’re responsive. We carry company cell phones to answer both phone and web inquiries: days, evenings and weekends. We provide all communications related to the booking of the property, do the work and process the booking for you and send both owner and guest confirmations and send you a monthly statement of account with payment on the last day of the following month of which the revenue was generated.
