Brokerages enter all of their listings into Realtor.ca and optionally share their listings through CREA DDF®, ensuring the widest possible distribution and marketing through multiple third party websites. Unfortunately, there are those brokerages that chose not to share their listings to provide their sellers with maximum exposure,  but all of our listings are shared via DDF® as we feel that maximum listing exposure is of utmost importance.

As our seller, your property would appear on a wide range of CREA and partner web sites – Realtor.ca, TD Canada Trust, Scotia Bank, The Globe and Mail, Kijiji and many more.

The MTP website also connects to the CREA DDF® (Canadian Real Estate Association Data Distribution Facility) which not only allows us to feature our Seller’s properties on our website, but to also feature the listings of our fellow cooperating brokerages that share their listings through CREA DDF® in our local market area. We find that more Buyers are using our website because of the wider range of properties shown which ultimately gives better exposure of our Seller’s properties.

Matterport 3D Virtual Tours

Exclusive to the Kootenay area, Mountain Town Properties now offers virtual 3D tours to buyers using the Matterport 3D technology platform. We do all of our Matterport production in house, we won’t be waiting for a specialist to show up from afar. Given the new COVID normal, this technology allows buyers to tour your property without the risks inherent to a physical showing.

A Matterport 3D virtual tour can help you increase buyer interest and sell your home faster. Industry statistics show:

  • Buyers are 95% more like to inquire about a home for sale that has a virtual tour
  • Some 20% of buyers made an offer after just viewing a virtual tour and not visiting the property
