‘Get-er-dun’ Person Needed!

Mountain Town Properties seeks a “get-er-done” person/persons for periodic work providing cleaning services for our vacation rental homes portfolio, real estate move outs and tenancy move outs.  Depending on how keen you are, we can always find more work for you if needed.  Plenty to go around!  We’ll provide the cleaning supplies.

OVERVIEW:

Clean properties as assigned and directed by our Housekeeping Manager, ensuring compliance with Mountain Town Properties established standards of cleanliness, maintenance and repair. Responsible for reporting any maintenance deficiencies, renter damages. Ensure the confidentiality and security of all guests and property.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
  • prioritize and organize.
  • be a clear thinker, remaining calm and resolving problems using good judgement.
  • follow directions thoroughly.
  • Flexible schedule
  • understand guest’s service needs.
  • work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team.
  • work with minimal supervision.
  • maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data.
  • computer skill to interact with a variety of computer applications via computer, cell phone or tablet.
  • satisfactorily communicate with guests, management and co-workers to their understanding.
  • must have own vehicle and cell phone.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • high school graduate.
  • fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
  • previous training in guest relations.
  • previous experience in hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping.
  • prior experience in cleaning hotel guest rooms or rental properties.
  • knowledge of proper consumer chemicals handling (WHMIS)
