Mountain Town Properties is a new online reservations agency where visitors worldwide can book complete vacations to the Kootenays and secondly, an online property and reservations management system for property owners, hotels, B&B’s and small accommodators. We’re open for business and seeking vacation properties in our area to form our portfolio of unique and storied places for Rossland and Red Mountain visitors to stay.
We’ve developed what we believe to be the most comprehensive online property and management and vacation rental booking system available; with significant appeal to property owners:
1) Guest Satisfaction is our Obligation:
Our user friendly, self service website for booking instant online reservations is a combination of unique properties and concierge services (booking personal services, events and activities such as ski tickets, massage etc.).
We’re hosting a full featured and secure website where guests will view your property, it’s availability calendar, book activities and services, generate instant real-time quotes and finish by booking securely online or, optionally, by phone.
2) Fairness, Openness and Transparency to the Property Owner:
We promote your property as a unique entity: enhancing it’s personality, amenities and virtues, complete with high quality imagery, colourful descriptions, guest reviews and availability calendar. Your property gets the exposure it deserves.
Plus, your personal homeowner login to our software program provides full disclosure, enabling you to hold us accountable for day to day operations of your investment property. Log in to view our accounting for each of your rental properties (revenues earned vs. expenses incurred), make bookings for your guests, block out calendar days for when you are visiting, track inventory, initiate and view work orders. There’s nothing to wonder about.
3) Protect the Homeowner’s Investment:
Prior to check-in, we pre authorize $500 damage deposit to the guest’s credit card. After each departure, your property is diligently checked for any damage, missing inventory and necessity for extra cleaning; which would be charged against the guest’s deposit.
Assessments will be conducted for deep clean and maintenance tasks and work will be performed on “as needed” basis: no flat rate fees or unnecessary charges.
And, our management contract is non-exclusive; Mountain Town Properties will cooperate and work with you to achieve maximum revenue if you, or other management companies, wish to actively participate in the promotion of your vacation home. In fact, we encourage your participation. We’ll provide Guest Services whether they’re your guest or ours.
Lastly – we feel our competitive management fee has significant appeal to Owners.
