At Mountain Town Properties, we’re challenging the status quo. We’ve been listening to what Rossland and Red Mountain property owners, web visitors and booking agents want and we intend to deliver the answer to their needs.
Of primary importance to every property and reservations management system is that every property has a single reservation calendar to avoid creating nightmares for guests with possible double/conflicting bookings. The task is how to showcase all properties fairly and share each properties’ calendar in a way that promotes fairness, transparency, ease of access, accountability and management functions to all parties involved. Well, we’ve done our research and have come up with a solution – a full featured on-line reservation system. Let’s look at what this provides to each party involved:
Property Owners
Each property owner will be able to access the system, via a secure login, and view the real time reservations calendar and the accounting for their property. The owners can also make reservations, block out time on the calendar for their own personal stay and see the results in real time.
Web Visitors (Rental Guests)
Web visitors will be able to view all available properties in our available complexes, either by browsing all listings or by using a defined search of availability based on date, price, daily/weekly/monthly, number of bedroom/sleeping capacity, number of baths and available amenities. If they are interested in a number of properties, they can call up a comparative view of those properties. Upon selecting a property of interest, they can view the specific details of that property, photos, the calendar availability and finally book the property directly on line and make the required payment/deposit. Additionally, our focus will be to offer guest experiences such as massage, activities, ski tickets etc. so your guest will feel they can finalize their entire vacation with Mountain Town Properties.
Third Party Booking Agents (Wholesalers, Travel Agents etc)
We (and you should too) welcome all qualified booking agents to view available properties with their own, separate system log in. We offer a competitive commission structure to all booking agents. Booking Agents are able to do everything that a web visitor can do above. By allowing this, we opt-in to the Open Marketing© concept – where individual properties are marketed by many rather than one single marketing point.
Administration
Our system allows the almost complete automation of all functions relating to managing short and long term property rentals. It provides full and easy management of each and every property listing, it’s reservation calendar, the owner’s accounts, housekeeping & maintenance communications, third party commissions, property inventory and contractor/work order requests. All of this to ensure that your property receives the individual marketing and administration that it deserves.
